Privacy in Desktop and Platform, with control over every submission

Version: 2026-08-22
Last updated: August 22, 2026.

This policy explains what data StintLogic processes, where it is processed, what it is used for and how people can exercise their rights. It distinguishes between local processing in StintLogic Desktop and the online services of StintLogic Platform.

1. Scope and data controller

This policy applies to StintLogic Desktop, stintlogic.com and the private or validation areas of StintLogic Platform.

The data controller is Rom And Jenn Collections S.A.S., Montevideo, Uruguay. The contact for exercising personal data rights is acceso@stintlogic.com. For general inquiries, romilio.corona@stintlogic.com is also available.

2. StintLogic Desktop: local processing by default

StintLogic Desktop processes the telemetry exposed by iRacing on the driver's computer to provide strategy, voice, overlays and session analysis. StintLogic does not receive that telemetry automatically.

The application may retain settings, technical logs and session recordings locally. New recordings replace driver names with session aliases and remove known direct identifiers before writing data. People can review, delete and export their sessions from the Command Center.

Speech synthesis runs locally through Piper/ONNX. Audio and telemetry are not sent to an artificial intelligence provider to generate engineer messages.

Local data stays on the computer until the person deletes it. Updating or uninstalling StintLogic may preserve recordings and preferences to prevent accidental loss; they can also be deleted manually from %LOCALAPPDATA%\StintLogic.

3. Microsoft Store and version checks

Desktop may check StintLogic's release catalog at most once every six hours. The request includes only the installed version, distribution channel and windows-x64 platform; it does not include identity, account, device, license or telemetry information.

Microsoft Store is the authority for acquisition, installation and updates. Microsoft processes account and Store information separately under its own privacy policy. StintLogic does not receive Microsoft account credentials or payment details through this check.

4. Data processed by StintLogic Platform

When a person uses Platform, StintLogic may process:

  • Email address and, if provided, a name or alias.
  • Preferred racing frequency, formats and categories, areas of interest, and confirmations of compatibility and adult status.
  • Application status, dates, change history and versions of recorded consents.
  • Operational communications needed to confirm, manage and invite.
  • For participants, submitted feedback: type, area, severity, description, Desktop version and technical session identifiers where applicable.
  • If voluntarily attached, a recording exported by Desktop and its integrity and anonymization metadata.
  • Limited technical events for security and diagnostics, such as a random identifier, route category, result, duration and sanitized error.

StintLogic does not request iRacing passwords, iRating, competitive experience, payment information or location. The application does not automatically upload files, logs, telemetry or recordings from Desktop.

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, headers, browser information and traffic data needed to deliver and protect the service. When Cloudflare Access protects a private environment, it also processes the email identity used to authenticate access. StintLogic does not store this network data in the application or associate it with the driver's profile.

5. Purposes and decisions

Platform data is used to:

  • Receive and manage Pilot 0 or Early Access applications.
  • Check technical eligibility and select a useful, diverse audience.
  • Issue personal invitations and control private access.
  • Provide support, receive feedback and analyze authorized evidence.
  • Send confirmations, management links, invitations, release notices and other strictly operational communications.
  • Protect the service, limit abuse, investigate errors and maintain consent traceability.

Fields marked as required are needed to submit or manage an application. Without them, that flow cannot be completed. The alias is optional. StintLogic does not use solely automated decisions to select participants: review is manual and responds to validation needs, support capacity and diversity of scenarios, not the driver's skill level.

6. Feedback and exported recordings

Exporting a recording creates a local package and does not upload it to the Internet. To attach it to feedback, the person must expressly select the file and authorize its submission. Platform accepts only the .stintlogic-recording package exported by Desktop, checks its format, integrity, completion and anonymization profile, and stores it in private storage.

People retain authorship of their comments and grant StintLogic a free, worldwide, permanent, non-exclusive license to use their contribution for product research and improvement. The recording is used to analyze the specific report and is not published. Only the authorized operational administrator may view or download it for that review.

People can delete feedback; this also deletes its attached recording. Deleting the entire application deletes the associated reports, consents and recordings.

7. Providers and international transfers

StintLogic uses providers solely to operate the service:

  • Cloudflare: DNS, protection, Workers hosting, Access authentication, Turnstile, D1, KV, R2, queues and observability.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Microsoft: Microsoft Store, acquisition, installation and Desktop updates under the independent relationship between Microsoft and the user.

These providers may process information outside Uruguay and use internationally distributed infrastructure. Processing is subject to their contracts, security measures and privacy policies, as well as applicable international transfer requirements. StintLogic does not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.

Provider policies:

8. Cookies, analytics and security

The current public landing page at stintlogic.com does not use forms, advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Platform may use cookies or storage strictly necessary for Cloudflare Access, Turnstile, private sessions and protection against abuse. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or cross-site advertising tracking.

Management links last 15 minutes, are single-use and are stored as hashes. Invitations last seven days and are also single-use. Materials required to transport these links by email are encrypted and deleted when delivery is completed or the link is replaced.

StintLogic applies access controls, encryption in transit, private recording storage, server-side validation and minimized operational logs. No measure eliminates risk completely, so any relevant incident will be assessed and managed in accordance with applicable obligations.

9. Retention and deletion

  • Pending or unselected applications: up to six months.
  • Invited people or participants: throughout participation and for up to 90 days after it ends.
  • Feedback and recordings: the same period as participation, unless the person deletes them sooner.
  • Workers operational logs: between three and seven days, depending on the active plan.
  • D1 technical recovery copies: up to 30 days, depending on the Cloudflare plan, without exporting additional full copies.
  • Local Desktop data: until the person deletes it from their computer.

Truly anonymized statistics that can no longer identify a person may be retained. If a documented legal obligation prevents immediate deletion of specific data, the reason and applicable period will be communicated.

10. Individual rights

People may request information and access to their data, as well as its rectification, updating, inclusion or deletion. They may also withdraw their application and delete their data early through the private management link. Proof of identity may be required to protect the requester.

Rights requests are received at acceso@stintlogic.com and handled within the periods established by Uruguayan law. If the response is unsatisfactory, people may submit an inquiry or complaint to the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP): URCDP information for individuals.

11. Age ratings and participation

Microsoft Store and IARC have assigned StintLogic Desktop content ratings equivalent to all ages or ages 3 and up, depending on the country and applicable rating system. The current rating displayed by Microsoft Store in each market is the reference for installing and using Desktop. These ratings describe the suitability of the application's content; they do not by themselves define the target audience's age or participation conditions for programs outside the Store.

Pilot 0 and StintLogic Platform Early Access maintain a separate condition of 18 years or older. This applies to applications, operational consents, feedback submission and voluntary recording uploads, not to Desktop content or local use. StintLogic does not intentionally collect applications from people under 18 through Platform; if one is identified, it will be deleted.

12. Changes to this policy

The visible date and version identify the accepted text. Material changes affecting participants will be communicated before they apply and, where appropriate, will require renewed confirmation. Previous versions will be retained as evidence of recorded consent.
