Clear conditions for a validation stage.

Early Access is an evolving version, with no promises of future availability or replacement of the driver's judgment.

Version 2026-09-16

1. Validation stage

StintLogic is free to use during open Pilot 0, with no application or invitation required. A move to commercial access will be decided and communicated later. Features may evolve during validation without affecting your rights under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 and use iRacing on Windows x64. StintLogic is available in Spanish and English. Installation depends on product availability in Microsoft Store for your account and territory.

3. License to use

Pilot 0 access grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable permission to evaluate the application.

4. Driver judgment

StintLogic provides context and estimates, but does not replace the driver's judgment or guarantee sporting results.

5. Conduct and feedback

Access may require good-faith reports, respect for other participants and no unauthorized redistribution.

6. Availability and support

Continuous availability is not promised. Core features are designed to operate locally, but software under validation may contain errors.

7. Data and diagnostics

Any submission of logs or recordings will require a voluntary action and will be governed by the applicable privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

The application, brand, documentation and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Termination

You can stop participating by no longer using the application. You can delete reports from your private feedback session and exercise your data rights under the privacy policy. Access may be suspended for breaches of these conditions or duly justified security reasons. Leaving does not waive your rights.

10. Law and jurisdiction

StintLogic is offered by Rom and Jenn Collections SAS, a company based in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. These conditions are governed by Uruguayan law, including Consumer Relations Law No. 17,250 where applicable and Personal Data Protection Law No. 18,331. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable jurisdiction rules. This clause does not exclude mandatory rules or non-waivable rights or forums available to the user, including those of their country of residence where applicable.
