Roadmap
We build on evidence, not feature count.
Each phase advances when it passes its gate. Dates do not replace validation, and intentions are not presented as available features.

- Team Strategy multi-driver regression testing, recovery and plan continuity
- Piper channel, radio and summaries derived from sessions
- Configurable output device and volume
- Units and pronunciation dictionary
- Historical memory and coaching
- Two-way conversation
- Other simulators and additional historical synchronization
Active technical phase
Strategy and Race Plan.
The strategy engine and Race Plan remain under on-track validation. Broad on-track validation of Team Strategy is also in progress; multi-driver regression testing is still pending. The subtitle overlay, its synchronization with speech and the pit box arrival countdown are already validated and available in Early Access.
